Our Reviews

BOOK IT, NOW! Seriously, you will have the best time! Randal and Amy are amazing hosts. The rooms have a beautiful lookout, the rooms are in tip-top shape, the bed is to die for and the hospitality is great. They gave me a couple of local restaurants recommendations that were exactly what I was looking for and even shared their snorkeling gear with me. I will definitely go back and stay with them better than a resort! – Rocky (2019)

My partner and I had a fabulous three-night stay at Amy and Randy’s gorgeous new B&B. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed with comfortable bedding, a spacious tiled shower, plenty of towels, blackout curtains, a great TV, convenient spaces to hang and store our things, and a STUNNING view of the water from the back deck. Amy and Randy are exceptional hosts with amazing recommendations for restaurants, activities, and tours, and they served us a delicious homemade breakfast on the deck every morning. Amy brought us rum punch when we arrived, and on our first night in our room, we cam back from dinner to find thoughtfully placed fresh flowers on our bedside tables. The property is situated on a peaceful little spot right on the waterfront, walking distance from Bob’s bar/restaurant, and about a 10-minute drive to gorgeous Grace Bay beach. Randy and Amy are in the process of renovating the space in phases, but it already has everything you need, including an amazing pool. They lent us snorkeling equipment and they also have kayaks that guests can use. Stay at Banyann Inn – it is wonderful and you won’t find better hosts anywhere on the island. – Margaret (2019)

From the Day we arrived at Banyan Inn, we were blown away by the mix of rustic and modern at this beautiful little inn. The amenities, bathroom and rooms are immaculate. I mean, immaculate. They are cleaner than my own house and for me, that’s the biggest first thing I look for in a stay. Although brand new appliances, bedding and an inn that is nearly finished being built (which doesn’t effect the quality of your stay, it’s just a phased construction of more areas in the marina), you still feel like you are not in some big lifeless hotel resort that could be anywhere. I had never been to Turks and Caicos, and celebrating an anniversary with a person who has already been to the island, I only had an idea of what to expect from the pictures. Randall and Amy not only surprised us with an unexpected bottle of champagne, but also treated us to a delicious breakfast every morning. The personal touch of being able to request certain items or leave it up to the chef was an added bonus. Kayaks and snorkels on site, a pool that is amazing but not even used during our stay due to the crystal clear water only a couple yards away, this place is a hidden gem. Most importantly, it was central to nearly all the best restaurants, but also in an area that was quiet enough off the main road to have a morning of peace and serenity. If we could leave our jobs and come back every week, we would. This place is the real deal. If you pass it up, you have no idea how much you’ll regret it. – Tyler (2019)

Banyan Inn is one of those rare finds: a place with the soul and unique vibe, built and run by amazing hosts who take extra care of their guests. It’s a fabulous property offering the luxury of waking up to breathtaking ocean views, and proximity to Grace Bay area (just a 10 min drive). Rooms are spacious, and very tastefully designed. The hosts thought through every detail to make your stay convenient and carefree: a mini fridge that actually fits a lot, TV with Netflix & Amazon, coffee maker & coffee pods and tea, cups and glasses, wine opener, water, lots of towels, incl for the beach. Every room has a terrace with a view and access to the big common terrace where breakfast is served and where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Cleaned every day, the rooms are spotless. The bathroom and shower are very spacious and modern. King size bed & pillows are very comfy. Breakfast is included, and it’s delicious, abundant and beautifully served. The property is in a very safe and quiet area, with spectacular views, close to the marina. The nearby Bob’s bar is a good option to go for dinner & drinks until 10pm or so, prices are very reasonable and there’s live music on Wednesdays. Finally, the hosts are truly phenomenal: Amy and Randy run their place with so much professionalism and passion, and genuinely enjoy taking care of their guests. They can provide you with lots of tips and recommendations on best beaches, restaurants, snorkeling spots etc. In a nutshell: Amy and Randy are exceptional hosts, and it’s our stay in Banyan Inn that made our vacation in Turks&Caicos truly relaxing, interesting and exciting! – Anna (2019)

I love the Banyan Inn. I feel so fortunate to have found this place and the charming couple who own it. I could go on about the stylish room, the comfortable mattress, the gorgeous views, and the huge pool overlooking the turquoise canal but I’d rather write about something more important…that your presence is truly valued. No big impersonal hotel here. I have Celiac disease (no gluten). Since breakfast is included, Amy read all about celiacs, made a shopping list, had me look it over, and prepared the most delicious food for me (sweet potato/andouille frittata!). You’ll need a car but everything is nearby (IGA, 2 miles). The Banyan bar and restaurant will open soon but Bob’s Bar (good food…lively)is a short walk away. Dive and scuba boats are in the Harbor beside the Banyan so this place is perfect for divers (avoid the outrageous taxi fees). I’ve traveled to 27 countries and have stayed in fine hotels but never have I had more laughs, interesting conversation, and genuine kindness from a hotelier/innkeeper. If hard work and perseverance (and rebuilding after a hurricane)are the benchmark of success then Randy and Amy have it going on. Thanks, so much, for all you did. I would suggest booking soon before people find this gem. – Andrea (2019)
